Some people are ready for things like handshakes and hugs again, and some aren’t. So how do you tell? A lot of conferences have started using colored WRISTBANDS as a way for people to know who’s okay with physical contact, and who isn’t.
Red means stay six feet away . . .
Yellow means touching elbows is okay . . .
And green means you’re okay with things like handshakes, high-fives, and hugs again.
I’m not a big fan of this idea, HOWEVER, it sure would have come in handy (and I could have probably saved a lot of money buying drinks), if this system was in use while I was single and dating!
