Good News Story #1:

Here’s a “Hurricane Ian good news stories” you may have missed. You may have seen stories of dramatic rescues during Hurricane Ian, but THIS was a rescue of a different feather . . . a rescue mission dubbed “Operation Noah’s Ark” evacuated 275 parrots from a bird sanctuary on Pine Island, near Fort Myers. After seeing footage of the total devastation in that area, there’s little doubt those birds would most likely, never, have survived the hurricane.
