This Week In Science: What Time Is It On The Moon?

This week in science . . . scientists are working on a way to tell time what time it is on the Moon. Since the Moon’s gravity is weaker than Earth’s, lunar clocks would run faster than those on Earth. It will require at least THREE atomic clocks to figure an algorithm to accurately tell time on the Moon. And a working formula will have to be developed, if we’re ever going to set up a permanent base on the Moon.
