Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee says he was assaulted by his 21-year-old son Brandon in an altercation on Monday night (March 5th) that left Tommy with a bloody lip. TMZ reported that Brandon allegedly punched Tommy in the face at the musician’s home while defending himself during a drunken brawl. Tommy disputed that, tweeting: “My fiancée and I were in bed when my son busted into the room and assaulted me. I asked him to leave the house and he knocked me unconscious. He ran away from the police. THAT’S the truth.”
- The 55-year-old drummer posted a photo of his bloodied, swollen lip on Instagram, but later deleted the picture.
- In the photo’s caption, Lee wrote, “My heart is broken. You can give your kids everything they could ever want in their entire lives and they can still turn against you.”
- No arrest has yet been made in the incident, but Brandon has been named a person of interest in the ongoing investigation and has been cooperating with the police.
- Brandon is one of the two children Tommy had with Pamela Anderson, along with 20-year-old Dylan.
