These shoes aren’t THAT cool . . . they don’t even have Velcro (???). “GQ” says GRANDPA SHOES are in fashion now. New Balance’s latest offering is called “Allerdales” and they’re described as “downright orthopedic.” There’s nothing special about them, but they somehow cost $250! A writer for “GQ” declared that the brand has “sidestepped the dad shoe trend”, and decided to bring “the granddad shoe into the mainstream.”
