Young adults have found this alternative to alcohol.
Three In Four Young Adults Say They Use Marijuana As An Alcohol Alternative At Least Once A Week

A Bloomberg survey reveals that 3 in 4 young adults say they use marijuana as an alcohol alternative at least once per week.
74% of adults ages 18-24 report using cannabis “in lieu of alcohol” at least once per week. 65% of those 25-34 report the same.
Analysts say there’s also a growing preference to drink rather than smoke cannabis.
A separate poll released earlier this year also found that more than 50% of cannabis users report drinking less alcohol after using marijuana.
Bloomberg even suggested that popular soda brands should soon consider a cannabis drink as a money-maker, saying by the time they embrace the trend, it may already be flooded with THC-infused drinks.
