Stupid Criminal: A Guy Gives Judge the Silent Treatment

A guy in Michigan is facing charges for firing a gun outside a middle school last week after they wouldn’t let him pick his kid up. Video of his arraignment is going viral because he refused to state his name, and at one point plugged his ears with his fingers (no word if he also said “la-la-la, I’m not listening to you”).
