Habitat For Humanity ReStore Reopening
(From Habitat for Humanity Findlay/Hancock County)
Habitat for Humanity invites the community to come check out what’s new at the ReStore when it reopens on Saturday, February 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
After seven years at its current location, the Habitat ReStore has refreshed its layout, displays, and shopping experience. Customers will find new and expanded product offerings, updated pricing, special discount days, and a new rewards program designed to thank loyal shoppers.
During the reopening customers can meet Eddie Black, the new ReStore Manager. Eddie brings more than two decades of experience in sales, finance, and retail management, including leadership roles with Charter Communications, ABC Warehouse, and Verizon Wireless stores. His focus on customer service, relationship building, and community outreach will help provide the opportunity to grow donations and enhance the ReStore experience for shoppers and donors.
A Findlay native, Eddie and his wife are raising three teenagers. He recently joined the ReStore team and already attended the Southwest ReStore Conference to connect with other ReStore leaders nationwide.
Proceeds from the ReStore provide 40 percent of the financial resources needed to fulfill Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build and repair safe, affordable homes locally.
