ODOT: Expect Crowded Roadways Over Holiday Weekend
(ONN) – State officials are reminding motorists to drive safely over the Memorial Day Weekend.
ODOT Press Secretary Matt Bruning says drivers should be ready for crowded roads and orange barrels.
The Ohio Traffic Safety Office reports that over the Memorial Day Weekend last year there were 13 fatal crashes that killed 14 people.
A majority of those crashes involved alcohol and or drugs.
