If You Like the “Puppy Bowl”, There Will Be a World Cup Version Called “World Pup”

If you love Animal Planet’s annual “Puppy Bowl” special on Super Bowl Sunday, the producers have now made a SOCCER version. It’s a 4-part event called “LG Channels World Pup”, it’ll star 48 rescue puppies as they play soccer in a bracket-style competition to raise adoption awareness (and yes, all the puppies are adoptable). The “World Pup” premieres June 10th, the day before the World Cup. Nobody knows the rules, nobody keeps score, and somehow it’s STILL easier to watch than regular soccer. Check out the trailer . . .
