Craigslist: WTH?
You know the old saying: “One person’s trash is another person’s toenail museum” . . . We all have Craigslist to thank for THIS, WANTED Toenail Clippings for a Completely Innocent Collection (Please Read Before Judging): The guy goes on to explain . . . “I’m looking to expand my carefully curated toenail collection. Before you jump to conclusions, let me assure you, this is a legitimate hobby, that absolutely has not resulted in me being asked to leave three separate family reunions.
I organize each clipping by shape, thickness, and what I can only describe as “personality”. My prized possession is a thumbnail-sized pinky toenail from 1998, that resembles the state of Delaware. Curved, oddly colored, suspiciously aerodynamic . . . don’t throw them away, when they could become part of history.
Compensation depends on rarity and presentation. Please, no glitter, no artificial nails, and no toenails from known marathon runners, they’re becoming far too common in the collector community (???).
The #1 sign you’ve picked the weird hobby . . . even the guy collecting Beanie Babies won’t make eye contact.
