Woman Arrested for Flashing Trick-or-Treaters

Confession time . . . I never really enjoyed taking our kids trick or treating. It was dark, usually cold or rainy. But this might change my mind about trick or treating . . . someone called the Edgewater (Maryland) police Monday, after a 45-year-old woman stood in her front yard screaming obscenities, and FLASHING trick or treaters. And it doesn’t sound like she hates Halloween or wanted them to skip her house, because one report said she did it WHILE passing out candy. It’s not clear if she was in a costume or not, the report just say she “exposed herself.” Cops showed up and arrested her, and now she’s facing charges for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
