• A new poll reveals that 6 in 10 Americans believe money can buy happiness.

Many Americans would need a raise, though, saying they’d need to earn around $284,000 yearly to be happy.  The median household income in the US is $74,000.

• The poll also showed that Americans need $1.2 million in their bank account to achieve happiness.

• 67% said being able to simply pay their bills on time would make them happy.
