Pedestrians More Likely To Be Hit By Electric Cars
A new study found pedestrians are more at risk of being hit by an electric car than one that runs on gas.
An analysis of British road accidents discovered EVs and hybrid vehicles were twice as likely to hit a pedestrian than petroleum-fueled cars and trucks.
There are two main reasons for the conclusion. First, electric car drivers tend to be younger and less experienced. 
Also, electric vehicles are quieter than gas ones, so pedestrians might not hear one coming.
