Scary Moment In NYC Last Week

A Florida man is accused of throwing furniture off of a Midtown high-rise building last Friday. The guy allegedly entered the high-rise (located on Fifth Avenue) without permission, went up to the 20th-floor patio, and started tossing tables and chairs over the side, onto the street below. No injuries were reported. The NYPD shut down the part of the street where the furniture landed, and the guy was charged with burglary, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.
