Sony says their PlayStation network went down for “hours” on Tuesday, leaving many gamers unable to log in to their accounts, launch games or access content.

Down Detector shows the outage began on late Monday.

Sony got their network back up on Tuesday afternoon but didn’t detail why it went down.
