Want to Avoid a Hangover?
Here’s some news you might be able to use as we head into the weekend . . . and I suppose I should be happier about it but . . . a study found regular exercise might help with hangovers. Now there IS some good news to go along with that . . . they don’t mean WHILE you’re hung over. According to the study, hangovers tended to be milder for people who get at least 30 minutes of exercise a week. So, if you want to drink on the weekends . . . you better train for it.
