Morning Coffee May Better Protect The Heart Than All-Day Drinking
A new study suggests that coffee might help you live longer – as long as you drink it in the morning.
Looking at 40,000 coffee drinkers, Tulane University researchers found that morning drinkers were 16% less likely to have died during the study than compared with those who drank no coffee. They were also 31% less likely to have died from heart disease.
There were no reduction risks for those who didn’t drink coffee or drank it throughout the day.
