Food Label Maker released a survey highlighting the states with the least expensive groceries.
Texas was number one on the list with food priced 9.7 percent under the national average.
Michigan is number two, and the only state on the list where grocery prices dropped last year.
Mississippi, Arkansas, Kentucky, Indiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Tennessee and Georgia round out the top ten.
