An Amazon Driver Delivered a Package During a Police Standoff
If you have Amazon Prime, you can get deliveries within two days . . . even if your house is an ACTIVE CRIME SCENE at the time.
There’s a video of an Amazon delivery driver showing up at a residence where there’s a police standoff. He casually walks past dozens of police cars . . . and groups of cops . . . before he’s eventually stopped by a SWAT member. The guy gestures to the house as if to say, I’ve gotta deliver this.
He isn’t allowed through, so he just hands the package to the SWAT member. And then he takes a photo, to prove that the package made it. The video was filmed by a neighbor who got a kick out of the whole thing.
According to reports, this happened last month in Cary, North Carolina. The standoff was with an armed suspect in the house, and it lasted nearly 24 hours.
It’s unclear WHAT was in the package . . . or IF it was ordered by the armed suspect inside. Since this chaos lasted 24 hours, it COULD’VE been ordered DURING the standoff, but that’s unlikely.
