Scientists say the perfect time to take a nap is the oddly specific 1:42pm, saying that napping before 3pm doesn’t disrupt your sleep schedule.

A survey found that most people a 51-minute nap on average with 44% of people preferring background noise while they nap.
53% say they nap in bed while 38% hit the couch.
