41% of Adults Don’t Have a Favorite . . . Dinosaur????
When uncles and aunts are talking to young kids over the holidays, a good ice-breaker is: “What’s your favorite dinosaur?” But ADULTS might have a problem answer that. Over 1,000 American adults were asked what their favorite dinosaur is, and tragically, 41% of people said they DIDN’T HAVE A FAVORITE. Not surprisingly, most of the ones that people DID pick are the common ones:
19% said their favorite is the Tyrannosaurus Rex . . .
6% went with the Velociraptor . . .
6% picked the Brontosaurus.
5% of people said the Triceratops . . .
4% love the Pterodactyl,
4% picked the Stegosaurus . . .
3% like the Brachiosaurus best.
Overall, 13% of adults say they “love” dinosaurs, and another 31% say they “like” them. Only 5% say they “dislike” or “hate” dinosaurs (I don’t even want to know those people).
