Here’s a Good News Story for a Tuesday . . . Ohio State football’s #1 fan “Big Nut”, is celebrating their National Championship WIN, by handing out 16 $500 scholarships to kids in northwest Ohio. His name is Jon Peters, and his wife started calling him a “big nut” for how crazy he got watching games. He’s 64, and he’s not super-rich. He describes himself as a “blue-collar guy” who worked at a Whirlpool factory for 4 decades. All in all, “Big Nut” has handed out $330,000 in scholarships over the years.
