Cart Before The Horse?

Mike Itkis is running for Congress in New York, and basically has no chance. So he’s trying to up his profile and win more votes . . . by releasing a SEX TAPE (I didn’t think this would happen until a Kardashian ran for president). He hired an X-rated actress to co-star in it with him and posted it a few months ago. He claims it’s NOT a gimmick, but a serious attempt to get his message out. It’s certainly a “different approach” to politics, but it seems like he’s “putting the cart before the horse” here. Normally don’t they get elected first, and THEN get caught up in some sex scandal? (Here’s a “non-action” photo of Mike)
