Filler Up With A Nice IPA?
A Minnesota man has used a keg and a heating coil to make what he believes to be the very first beer-powered motorcycle. The bike has a 14-gallon keg built into the engine, with a heating coil inside. The beer heats up to 300 degrees, and turns into superheated steam, which provides enough thrust to move the bike forward. And it doesn’t just roll a little bit . . . the guy who built the motorcycle thinks it could reach speeds of up to 150 miles-per-hour. Check out this video of Ky Michaelson and his son Buddy talking about making the booze-powered vehicle.
