Furby Is Back!
Hasbro is bringing Furby back for the first time in seven years, because it’s the 25th anniversary of the original FURBY-MANIA. Furby was first launched in 1998, with over 40 million of them were sold globally in the first three years. The 2023 version comes with “five voice-activated modes”, has more than 600 responses, and can also interact with other Furbys, so you can buy multiple toys (well played Hasbro). The new Furby also “responds to hugs, pats, belly tickles, and shaking.” They certainly won’t cost what they did in 1998, a new Furby will set you back $70, and are currently available on Amazon, and will hit store shelves next month.
