Guy Sues Company After They Fired Him for Being No Fun

The Beastie Boys probably wouldn’t approve . . . but this guy had to fight for his right, to NOT party: A guy in France sued his old company after they fired him for not being “fun” enough. He got canned after refusing to attend mandatory parties where there was heavy drinking, and apparently there was also some hazing involved. The guy told his boss he didn’t agree with their definition of “fun.” Now, it sounds like he may be about to have a LOT of fun, because they might have to pay him close to $500,000 in damages.
