It’s National Stuffing Day!

If you can’t wait for Thanksgiving, here’s your excuse to make Stove Top tonight: Happy National Stuffing Day! Google released a map of the top Thanksgiving side each state is searching for more than other states.

California, Arizona, and West Virginia are searching for “stuffing” more than any other state.

“Sourdough stuffing” is big in Massachusetts, while “pineapple stuffing” is tops in New Mexico (it’s popular with people serving ham).

“Green bean casserole” is a top search across the country, but especially in the Midwest.

The more “unique” sides include . . . “Ramen noodle salad” in Nebraska, “Bacon-wrapped green beans” in South Carolina.

Ohio falls in line with the rest of the mid-west, our favorite Thanksgiving side is Green Bean Casserole.
