People Are Dreading The Upcoming Time Change?
This seems a little overdramatic, but people reportedly start “dreading” the end of Daylight Saving Time about 11 days before it takes effect. And not to be the “bringer of bad news” . . . that’s TODAY! It’s dreaded because of the loss of sunlight, and the disruption to sleep. I’m not really sure the big deal is about. I “get” that it can be a little disorienting to change the clocks, especially when the evenings get darker so abruptly. But as far as I’m concerned, the time change when we “fall back” and get an extra hour of sleep is something to be happy about and look forward to! This year, Daylight Saving Time ends on November 3rd.
