Sports Mascots . . . A Full Contact Sport!

This is kind of crazy . . . the UFC’s Conor McGregor punched Miami Heat mascot Burnie during a halftime skit on Friday, and the guy in the costume ended up in the hospital. It’s not clear if it was one of McGregor’s punches, or if he hurt himself in the fall. But they treated and released him with some pain meds, so it wasn’t that serious. But still . . . what the hell?
