Stay In Your Lane

It always bugs me when restaurants add new menu items that are out of character of what’s on their regular menu. Oh who am I kidding, Taco Bell . . . just take my money! Taco Bell, which has it’s own niche with the whole Mexican food thing, is testing a new menu item, that pretty much makes them like every other fast food restaurant. They’re testing new CRISPY CHICKEN NUGGETS at locations in Houston this month. They’re infused with a jalapeño buttermilk marinade and coated in crushed-up tortilla bits. They also come with one of two sauces:  A new “Bell Sauce”, or a Jalapeño Honey Mustard. A five-piece costs about $4, and a 10-piece costs $7. No word on when they might offer them nationwide.
