Stupid Criminal: Conflict Resolution Issues?

Now this is how you win an argument, a Minnesota woman is facing charges after hitting her boyfriend with her car . . . while they were on their way to COUPLES THERAPY. The 30-year-old woman was behind the wheel, and she and her boyfriend had been fighting all day. Things REALLY heated up on their drive to couples therapy, and he BROKE UP with her. He asked her to take him home, but she stopped in the middle of the road and told him to get out. Their stories differ from there . . . He says they locked eyes as he was crossing in FRONT of her car (a crucial mistake). He says she floored it, causing him to fly over the hood and slam into her windshield. He ended up with a cut on his right elbow, and she ended up with a cracked windshield. HE says it happened when she hit him, SHE claims it happened when he PUNCHED the windshield out of anger. She also tried to claim she didn’t hit him on purpose, and she just didn’t see him there.  But she eventually changed her story and admitted she did it on purpose. She’s facing second-degree assault charges, and it sounds like their relationship is officially over.  No amount of therapy can help now. They’d been dating for about a year.  (Here’s her mugshot)
