Stupid Criminal: Is He Covered In Toothpaste?

This would be example #437 of why I could never be a cop . . . a greased-up naked guy got arrested on a trampoline in Florida last Friday. He was covered in wheel-bearing grease and peppermint oil (???), and was trying to break into houses. Cops think he was on drugs. A cop’s chest-cam got the whole thing on video.
