The Best U.S. Cities for . . . Naked Biking????

Lawnstarter.com just did a study, to find the American cities that are the best for . . . NAKED BIKE RIDING. (???) They compared 200 cities based on metrics, like naked biking events, interest in nude cycling, bikeability, weather, and perhaps most importantly, legal barriers, like public nudity laws. In the end (so to speak), Philadelphia was the best city (followed by Portland and then Seattle) Oddly 4 other “cold weather” states made the top 10 (New York City, Chicago, Madison and Milwaukee). Where did OHIO cities show up? Columbus was #15, Cincinnati #85, Cleveland #87, Dayton # 93, Toledo #95 and Akron at #99.
