Someone assaulting someone else is never funny, but you COULD imagine this as a scene in a Three Stooges movie. A man in Florida assaulted his wife on Monday by throwing a CHRISTMAS TREE at her. He had been drinking, and they were arguing. He was upset because something from the sink splashed him. The man was hit with multiple charges, including domestic battery. The guy’s mugshot kind of looks like “Marley the neighbor” from Home Alone.
