There’s a Beer That Was Made to Pair with White Castle Burgers

The Evil Genius brewery out of Philadelphia has created a beer that they say pairs perfectly with . . . White Castle burgers? It’s a limited-edition beer called “It Hits Different.” It’s described as having “A subtle bitterness from its hop profile, countered with a pleasant, light tangerine sweetness. Cutting through the satisfying taste of beef and savory onions.” And it IS available here in Ohio.
