Here’s some GREAT news for anyone who can read a newspaper through the cloth in your underwear! If you see a video, or read a post, telling you that you need to replace your underwear every six months or a year . . . ignore it. The concern is a buildup of bacteria on your undies. But according to several doctors, you can keep wearing it FOREVER (or at least until it disintegrates . . . whichever comes first). As long as you wash your underwear in warm or hot water, you’re killing the bacteria and keeping them safe.
