Macy’s Shutting Down 150 Locations 
Macy’s, the 166-year-old retail store that was once the mighty anchor for American malls, is facing some seriously hard times.
The company is closing 50 of its stores this year, with plans to close another 100 underperforming locations.
Macy’s CEO says “too many locations were built for a different era” as brick and mortar stores compete with online retailers like Amazon.
