 _ Need help with those CPR chest compressions? CPR experts say 100 chest compressions per minute is the target rate. Many trainers use the Bee Gees song “Stayin’ Alive” to demonstrate 100 beats per minute. Here are some other tunes that will also work:

 • You can also use “Cecilia” by Simon & Garfunkel.
• “Sweet Home Alabama” by Lynrd Skynrd is about 100 beats per minute.
