Could the US get its own high-speed rail network?
US High-Speed Rail Maps Show 4 Proposed Phases
The U.S. High Speed Rail Association have released a map detailing how a 17,000 mile high-speed rail system could be constructed.
The system would run at 220 miles per hours from San Diego, California, to Vancouver, British Columbia and San Antonio to Montreal.
There are several other high speed rail proposals out there already, including one that would run from Las Vegas to Southern California.
