A three-year-old colt, Mystik Dan, won 150th Running of The Roses on Saturday’s Kentucky Derby 

The Kenneth G. McPeek-trained horse, with 18-1 odd that was overlooked as a favorite to win, dazzled at Churchill Downs.  

During the race, Mystik Dan was positioned by one of the favored horses to win, Sierra Leone.

The colt’s win over Leone came down to a in a photo finish.  Forever Young came in third place.
