Dumb Ways To Die #15 Death Sucks.

A 59 year old man from California died when he sat on top of a swimming pools improperly covered drain. The drain had the sucking power of more than 300 pounds per square inch and it pulled out his small intestine, ending his life.  That really is just another dumb way to die!
