CNN at 8pm EST: New Year’s Eve Live with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen – Cooper and Cohen will roast each other while Patti LaBelle, Amy Sedaris and 50 Cent make appearances.

ABC at 8pm EST: Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest –  featured performers include Carrie Underwood, LL Cool J, TLC and the Jonas Brothers.  Cardi B will also make an appearance out of Miami.

CBS at 8pm EST: New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash – Keith Urban, Kane Brown and Jelly Roll will perform.  A fireworks show will follow at midnight.

NBC at 11:35pm EST:  The Day Drinking with Seth Meyers New Year’s Special – Seth Meyers will look back at 2024 through one of his most popular segments.
