A man was recently busted after living in a Shanghai, China, shopping mall for six months. 

Authorities said the man had a nice setup underneath a staircase.

The pop-up accommodations included a tent, a table, a computer, and an ergonomic chair.

The man avoided being caught by security, even though he emerged to regularly charge items.

One security guard caught him and took pity because the young man was studying for a test.

Another security guard was not so forgiving. Once the mall cop discovered the elaborate setup, the man was kicked out on October 30th.
