‘The Brady Bunch’ house has sold for $3.2 million.

This is the north Hollywood home that was converted to look like the Brady house on HGTV’s ‘A Very Brady Renovation’.

Home collector Tina Trahan, who is married to ex-HBO boss Chris Albrecht, bought the famous TV home for a steal.  Its asking price was at over $5 million in 2019.

The real estate agent who sold the home said “Ultimately it went to the right buyer. A collector who will use it for events and fundraisers and be the steward of an iconic piece of pop culture history.”
