Big Lots has announced that its closing 150 locations nationwide as the company is expected to file for bankruptcy later this year.

Sales dropped by more than 10% between 2023 and 2024 at a loss of $114 million.

Badcock Home Furniture, however, is shuttering all of its 300 stores only seven months after being acquired by Conn’s HomePlus, which is also filing for bankruptcy.  It has been hit with a net loss of $77 million year over year.
