YouTube wants to help creators make videos faster. 

The social media giant is introducing its own video editing app.

YouTube Create is intended to encourage more people to make Shorts.

The move is a counter to TikTok’s video editing app, CapCut.

The app is available in the U.S. for Android devices. iOS users will get the app next year.
