A yellow boa constrictor was seen slithering down the street of a Paducah, Kentucky, neighborhood last week.

Several messages about the snake started popping up on Facebook. 

One person posted a picture of the boa and wrote, “Somebody snake done got out the MF HOUSE. HELLLLLL NAHHHH THIS IS NOT A JOKE THIS MF IS ON NORTH 11th right now.”

Paducah Police and Animal Control Director James Holler arrived to apprehend the snake. 

Holler was seen capturing the boa with his bare hands. He told the local news, “Snakes don’t bother me at all. [I] deal with a lot of wild snakes.”
