Amazon Offers Grocery Delivery Subscription Service
Amazon is trying to streamline its grocery delivery options.
The latest plan is a subscription that will give customers free delivery from
Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods.
“Free” delivery is relative. The subscription costs $10 a month on top of an Amazon Prime fee.
Customers must order over $35 in items for the free delivery to kick in.
Anyone using services like SNAP/EBT will pay $5 for the subscription.
The service launched in 3,500 cities on Tuesday.
