As kids return to school and the holidays creep up on us, what items will cost the most at the grocery store?  Eat This, Not That highlighted five popular items you will pay more for this fall. 

Beef: Ground beef costs 20 percent more than it did in 2020. 

Oranges: Florida just had its worst orange harvest in almost 100 years. That means the price hike will be significant. 

Peaches: Just like Florida, Georgia has seen crazy weather patterns affecting the peach crop. The fruit could cost 20 to 50 percent more this fall.

Olive Oil: Great to cook with, but bring your wallet. Global olive oil prices haven’t been this high in 26 years. 

Chocolate: NOOOOO! Chocolate prices have risen by 14 percent over the last year.
